Cambridge Glassblowing Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK.
The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.
When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address and card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.
We may use your personal information to update you about new products/services.
We will only contact you with your consent.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.
Delivery Policy
Orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days (Once payment is cleared, received or authorised), but 28 days should be allowed for out of stock items. We will always try to contact you should the items not be expected to reach you within 7 working days of you placing your order.
Returns Policy
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure goods are in good condition. Any damages must be notified within 3 working days. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our part. Return costs must be agreed with Cambridge Glassblowing before returning the item.
Items ordered but not required, may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging. Used items etc. cannot be returned.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns, so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.
Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements the delivery is non-refundable in the event of a return for any reason.
